Swift Street provides AI consulting services, including AI readiness assessments, custom AI builds and automations, and AI training programs. Information on the Site is for general informational purposes only. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Swift Street, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, gain unauthorized access to any system, or copy or misuse its content.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos and design, is owned by Swift Street or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal or internal business use. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
4. Phone calls and text messages (SMS)
Swift Street may contact businesses and individuals by phone and text message about our services, scheduled appointments, and appointments we arrange on behalf of business partners.
- Consent: We send text messages only to people who have provided their mobile number and agreed to receive messages from us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swift Street will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Cruz County, California.
